Roles / Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the duties and activities of the security personnel.
• Ensure that the infrastructural facilities assigned to security for the protection of the entire company are in good condition.
• Ensure that rules and procedures are implemented and strictly obeyed by all staff; customers, contractors, and visitors.
• Issue and control security kits, such as whistles, boots,s and uniforms to the operatives.
• Write Weekly / Monthly security reports.
• Check all security registers daily
• Patrol all beats regularly.
• Ensure proper record keeping of documents, information, and correspondence on matters relating to security operations.
• Ensure that no guard possess, sell or consume intoxicants, drugs, or substance capable of intoxicating while on duty.
• Supervise and inspect all access areas and potential penetrating points i.e. fences, gates perimeter walls to detect vulnerabilities.
• Maintain and enforce the discipline of security staff at all times.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification – OND
• Minimum of 5 years of security experience
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Candidate must be an Ex-military and para-military personnel.
• Disciplined, Confident, Vibrant, Intelligent, Analytical & medically fit Nigerian,
• Excellent communication and Supervisory skills ability to speak fluently, read & write legibly.
• Strong and assertive skills.
