Job Title: Secretary

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment type: Full time

About the Job

Schedule meetings, appointments and travel bookings.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.
Maintain and update contact lists
Take down minutes of meetings and distribute to executives and staff. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms and maintain accurate filing system.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Handle purchase and distribution of office supplies
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors

Eligibility Qualifications

Degree in Administration or Secretarial Studies certification
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Secretary or Administrative assistant
Must be Male

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of Office Management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and planning skills
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Courteous and Smart.
