Roles & Responsibilities

• The position will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s digital marketing plans based on the organization’s annual growth plan, and will therefore work closely with stakeholders from other departments (Business development, Sales, Operations, Finance etc.) to align on strategy and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Business development desk and regional office to achieve annual targets for the organization via digital marketing as well as engaging potential trade partners (local & International).
• Create, implement, and oversee (digital) media campaigns based on digital marketing goals /objectives.
• Support sales and lead generation efforts through the different marketing channels.
• Responsible for content strategy and ownership of all owned online channels such as social media and the corporate website.
• Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing process through email, content, and social channels.
• Plan and conduct suitable online and offline marketing campaigns with a budget.
• Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing material (brochure, presentation, leaflets, etc.) in line with marketing plans.
• Take charge of shipper support and ensure timely responses to customer queries and feedback.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 – 3years relevant work experience.
• Relevant brand marketing experience.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools: Facebook Business Manager, Google tools (Analytics, Merchant Center, Ads, Search console …), etc.
• Good understanding of 21st century digital marketing trends.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft package; Word, Excel and power point.
• Good knowledge of graphic designing will be of advantage.
• Interest in e-commerce
• Strong SEO, SEM and SMM skills.
• Critical thinking, good presentation skills
• Excellent communicator (both written & verbal) and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
• Excellent knowledge in article / blog writing- Compulsory.
• Good knowledge of V-blog
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Good knowledge of website editing will be of advantage.
• A strong background and understanding in performance marketing is a bonus.

Others Requirements:

• All applicants MUST be21 years and above.
• Applicants MUST be living in any of the above listed areas to be qualified for interview in the first instance.
• Interested applicants who studied; Mass communication, English, Journalism, business admin, Economics, and other relevant courses including creative writing stand a better chance.
