Job Description

  • Lead and manage the content team based in (City, Country).
  • Develop and enhance the internal content related processes and solutions.
  • Responsible and accountable for the database management.
  • Responsible for the universe data build in (City, Country).
  • Work with organizational stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

Requirements for Content Manager Job at HIL

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of work experience in research and management.
  • Experience in research/ consultancy/ financial services.
  • Possess excellent leadership, inter-personal and communication skills, in particular management, questioning and listening skill.
  • Good presentation skills with the ability to articulate the messages.
  • Good negotiation skills, analytic and research skills.
  • Paying attention to detail and delivering activities on time.
  • Ability to work with teams in a time-line driven high pressure environment.
  • Sound time management skills with the ability to develop, mentor and motivate the team.
  • Self-driven with a high level of motivation and energy; a strong ‘can do’ attitude; ability and willingness to work in a dynamic set-up with maturity and flexibility.
  • Ability to coordinate and work in a multinational setup, liaising with Operations teams across different regions.
  • Ability to pro-actively identify ways to contribute to the company’s goals & mission.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio etc.).
